It is very important that people be able to get good information about their health - in their own language, and in ways that respect their culture. Programs in the ECHO television series provide information about safety-related topics such as:
  • how to keep from getting the flu - and what to do if you do get it

  • what do if you get exposed to poisons or dangerous chemicals

  • how to keep your home safe

If there is ever a major public health emergency, the same people who do the ECHO show will go on the air - on channel 17 - to tell you what's going on, and what you need to do to protect yourself - in your own language.
